摘 要:以某大型全承载客车为例,建立骨架有限元模型,综合考虑骨架结构强度和刚度性能参数,借助灵敏度分析方法引导骨架结构优化设计,以保证其在满足强度要求且刚度变化最小下实现结构的轻量化。结构优化后,骨架质量减轻185 kg,减少5%,轻量化效果明显。Taking a large full-load coach as an example,the finite element model of the skeleton was established,and the strong stiffness performance parameters of the skeleton structure were considered comprehensively.The sensitivity analysis method was used to guide the optimal design of the skeleton structure,so as to ensure the minimum stiffness change and achieve the purpose of lightweight structure under the requirements of strength.After structure optimization,the weight of the skeleton was reduced by 185 kg,up to 5%,and the lightweight effect was obvious.
