摘　　要：双滚筒带式输送机存在功率不平衡导致电机发热的现象。为了避免这种情况的发生,对其驱动装置和控制器进行了设计改造。以组合式变频器作为两台电机的驱动电源,两台逆变器共用同一台控制器,采用模糊控制方法使两台电机的电流一致,实现了功率平衡。The double drum belt conveyor has the phenomenon of motor heating caused by power imbalance.In order to avoid this situation,its drive device and controller are designed and modified.The combined inverter is used as the driving power supply for two motors,and the two inverters share the same controller.The fuzzy control method is used to make the current of the two motors consistent,so as to achieve power balance.
