摘  要:针对电石化工领域高温、高湿、易燃易爆、高压电源、盐雾等运行环境给人工巡检带来的危害,本文综合运用人工智能、机器人、图像识别、音频检测、红外温度探测、RFID(Radio Frequency Identification射频定位)等技术,设计开发了一款用于代替人工开展电石生产车间巡检的智能机器人,并将其应用于陕西神木市电石集团能源发展有限责任公司电石生产车间。实际应用情况表明,智能机器人巡检稳定可靠,安全便捷,极大降低了人员安全危害,节约了人工成本,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。In response to the hazards brought to manual inspection by operating environments such as high temperature,high humidity,flam-mability and explosiveness,high-voltage power supply,and salt mist in the field of calcium carbide chemical industry,this article comprehensively uti-lizes technologies such as artificial intelligence,robotics,image recognition,audio detection,infrared temperature detection,RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)positioning,and designs and develops an intelligent robot that can replace manual inspection in calcium carbide production workshops,and apply it to the inspection of the calcium carbide production workshop of Shaanxi Investment Group Innovation Technology Research Institute Co.,Ltd.The actual application situation shows that the intelligent robot inspection is stable and reliable,greatly reducing personnel safety hazards,sav-ing labor costs,and has good economic and social benefits.
