摘  要:大型仪器设备利用率是高校大型仪器设备开放共享工作水平的最直观体现,在数字化改革背景下,如何通过数字驱动充分发挥高校大型仪器设备效能,为科技创新服务是高校管理者面临的重要问题。通过全面分析大型仪器设备开放共享实施的水平和效果,精准查找出制约大型仪器开放共享的短板。提出搭建数字化开放共享智慧管控平台,探索仪器设备数字化管理新模式,运用数字驱动提升高校大型仪器使用率等建议,为高校提高大型仪器设备利用率提供参考和借鉴。The utilization of large-scale instruments is the most intuitive manifestation of the level of open sharing work in universities.Hence,in the context of digital transformation,how to give full play to the efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment through digital drive to serve scientific and technological innovation is an important problem faced by university administrators.This paper analyzes the implementation level of open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,and accurately finds the shortcomings and weaknesses that restrict the open sharing of them.This paper also proposes to build a digital drive open sharing intelligent management and control platform,explore new models of digital management of instruments and equipment,and use digital drive to improve the utilization of large-scale instruments and equipment.These may provide reference for universities to promote open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment.
