摘　　要：职业教育提质培优计划把高素质创新型技术技能人才作为未来的战略方向,为了适应新形势下高职教育对人才的培育,遴选一批工程领袖型创新人才培养的师资队伍至关重要。通过分析工程领袖创新人才的特质,提出立德树人、“双师型”、企业导向需求的师资队伍是领袖型创新技术技能人才培养的关键点,以期为高职院校提质培优的师资建设提供思路。The plan for improving the quality and training of vocational education takes high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents as the future strategic direction.In order to adapt to the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education under the new situation,it is crucial to select a group of teacher staff for the cultivation of innovative talents of engineering leaders.Through the analysis of the characteristics of innovative talents of engineering leaders,this paper puts forward that moral education,“Double-qualified”and enterprise-oriented teachers are the key points to cultivate leaders innovative technical talents,so as to provide ideas for the construction of teacher staff for improving the quality and training in higher vocational colleges.
