摘 要:目的:探究钙磷脂结合蛋白(AX-Ⅰ)、p53及PTEN在子宫内膜样腺癌(EEC)发生发展过程中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测AX-Ⅰ、p53及PTEN在27例子宫内膜良性增生(BH组)、42例子宫内膜非典型增生(ATH组)及53例子宫内膜样腺癌(EEC组)的石蜡包埋组织中的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。结果:AX-Ⅰ在ATH组的阳性表达率与BH组或EEC组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但BH组与EEC组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。p53在EEC组中的阳性表达率与ATH组或BH组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但BH组与ATH组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PTEN在BH组的阴性表达率与ATH组或EEC组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但ATH组与EEC组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组间p53在组织学分级中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EEC组中AX-Ⅰ、p53、PTEN三者的表达不具有相关性(P>0.05)。结论:AX-Ⅰ、p53、PTEN联合检测对子宫内膜样腺癌及癌前病变的诊断和鉴别诊断具有参考价值。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of AnnexinⅠ(AX-I),p53 and PTEN in the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma(EEC).Methods:Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect AX-I,p53 and PTEN in paraffin-embedded tissues of 27 benign hyperplasia(BH),42 Atypical hyperplasias(ATH)and 53 cases of endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma(EEC),and analyzed its clinical significance.Results:The positive expression of AX-I in ATH group was different from that in BH group and EEC group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between BH group and EEC group(P>0.05).The positive expression of p53 in EEC group was different from that in BH group and ATH group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between BH group and ATH group(P>0.05).The negative expression of PTEN in BH group was different from that in ATH group and EEC group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between ATH group and EEC group(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in p53 levels among the groups in histological grading(P<0.05).The expression of AX-I,p53 and PTEN was not correlated in EEC group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of AX-I,p53 and PTEN has important reference value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its precancerous lesions.
