肉毒毒素治疗舞蹈病-棘红细胞增多症1例

摘　　要：报告1例口服药物效果不佳且无法耐受药物不良反应的舞蹈病-棘红细胞增多症患者,使用肉毒毒素针对性处理患者参与头面部不自主活动的靶肌肉,患者不自主咬唇舌和四肢舞蹈样动作均明显改善。使用肉毒毒素治疗舞蹈病-棘红细胞增多症,给该疾病治疗带来新的选择,同时拓展了肉毒毒素在罕见病中的应用,可为临床治疗提供参考。This article reports a clinical application of botulinum toxin in a case of chorea acanthocytosis with poor oral drug efficacy and inability to tolerate adverse drug reactions.We used botulinum toxin to target muscles involved in involuntary movements of the patient's head and face.The patient's involuntary lip and tongue biting and limb dancing movements were significantly improved after treatment.The report of this case brought a new choice for the treatment of chorea acanthocytosis and expanded the application of botulinum toxin in rare diseases,providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
