摘　　要：水痘带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-zostervirus,VZV)是一种人类特有的具有嗜神经性的α疱疹病毒,VZV感染会引起不同类型的神经系统并发症,而颅内血管病变是其中一种严重的神经系统并发症,近年来也逐渐被人们所认识。本文通过对VZV颅内血管病变的分类、VZV颅内血管病变的识别及治疗的各个方面进行综述,强调抗病毒治疗、皮质类固醇治疗及对颅内血管并发症进行积极控制处理的重要性,为今后识别VZV颅内血管病变、评判预后和治疗方法的选择提供依据。Varicella zoster virus(Varicella-zoster virus,VZV)is a unique human neuropathicαherpesvirus.Infection of VZV can lead to different types of neurological complications,and intracranial vascular lesions is one of the most serious neurological complications,which have been gradually recognized in recent years.In this review,the classification of VZV intracranial vascular lesions,recognition and treatment of VZV intracranial vascular lesions were reviewed,emphasizing the importance of antiviral therapy,corticosteroid therapy and active control and management of intracranial vascular complications,so as to provide a basis for the identification of VZV intracranial vascular lesions,evaluation of prognosis and selection of treatment methods in the future.
