摘　　要：在社会经济高效化的发展过程中,居民的日常生活质量逐渐得到改善,各界的健身意识得到了强化。体育运动属于基本类型的社会实践活动,能够满足民众的精神生活需求,在各大高校长久化的发展过程中,需要为学生提供明确指导,使学生树立终身学习意识,并将此方面的意识应用于体育运动阶段。在新形势时代背景的影响下,推行大学俱乐部制,并加强其与体育教学模式之间的融合力度,形成完善的组织和管理形式,激发大学生的运动参与兴趣,使学生能够在参与体育运动项目的过程中,提高自身的专业技能水平,养成优良的运动习惯,改善学生的身心健康质量。In the process of the efficient development of social economy,the quality of daily life of residents has been gradually improved,and the awareness of fitness from all works of life has been strengthened.Sports belong to the basic type of social practice activities,which can meet the needs of people's spiritual life.In the long-term development process of colleges and universities,it is necessary to provide clear guidance for students,so that students can establish a sense of lifelong learning and apply this awareness to the sports stage.Under the influence of the background of the new situation and the new times,the university club system is implemented,and the integration between it and the physical education teaching model is strengthened to form a perfect form of organization and management,so as to stimulate college students'interests in sports participation,and enable students to improve their professional skill levels,develop good sports habits,and improve the quality of students'physical and mental health in the process of participating in sports events.
