摘  要:运动动机是指推动个体参与体育学习或身体锻炼活动的内部心理动因,是人们在头脑意识中形成的积极或消极进行体育活动的愿望与意向。在中学生群体中,学生积极进行体育活动锻炼的人数以及男女比例呈现出不均衡、不稳定的特征。该文运用文献资料法,结合运动动机理论,就如何促进中学生体育课堂运动参与进行论述,希望能为提高中学体育教学质量提供有效的建议和意见。Sports motivation is the internal psychological motivation that drives individuals to participate in PE learning or physical exercise activities,and is the desire and intention of people to actively or passively engage in physical activities formed in their mind.Among secondary school students,the number of students who actively engage in physical exercise and the ratio of male and female show uneven and unstable characteristics.The article uses the literature method,combined with the theory of motor motivation,to discuss how to promote sports participation in physical education classes of secondary school students,hoping to provide effective suggestions and opinions to improve the quality of physical education teaching in secondary schools.
