摘　　要：主要介绍了涂装新车型油漆外观调试过程中外表面车身机器人喷涂仿形制作流程,从工艺策划和设计、工艺实施、实物状态等全过程进行了介绍,包括车身喷涂均匀性和车身喷涂难点问题等.The manufacturing process of robot spraying profiling on the outer surface of the car body in the process of painting appearance debugging of new car were introduced from models the whole process of process planning and design,process implementation and physical state,including the uniformity of car body spraying and difficult problems of spraying.
