附睾平滑肌瘤1例报告

摘　　要：平滑肌瘤是起源于平滑肌细胞的良性肿瘤,很少累及男性泌尿生殖系统,本文报道1例附睾平滑肌瘤。患者因附睾肿瘤行根治性睾丸切除术,术后病理诊断为附睾平滑肌瘤。术后随访9个月,未见复发。Leiomyomas are benign tumors that arise from smooth muscle cells and rarely involve the male genitourinary system.We reported a case of a patient who underwent radical orchiectomy for epididymal tumor.The postoperative pathological diagnosis was epididymal leiomyoma,and there was no recurrence after 9 months of follow-up.
