摘 要:目前我国粮油产品物理特性检验大多依靠感官方法,时效差,误差大,随着现代快检分析技术的发展,近年来研发了多套基于计算机视觉检测技术的快检仪器,并制定了相应的检测标准,规范了检测流程。阐述了近年来在粮食行业内出现的物理特性指标快检仪器及其标准应用,为粮油产品质量检验工作提供一定参考。At present,the physical property inspection of grain and oil products in our country mostly depends on sensory methods,which has poor timeliness and large error.With the development of modern fast inspection and analysis technology,several sets of fast inspection instruments based on computer vision inspection technology have been developed in recent years,and corresponding inspection standards have been formulated to standardize the inspection process.In this paper,the fast testing instrument for physical property index and its standard application,which appeared in the industry in recent years,are described to provide some reference for the quality inspection of grain and oil products.
