摘 要:随着企业的生产转型、人力成本的不断提升以及人工生产弊端的不断涌现,人工已不能满足市场的更高需求,特别是在某些制造精度较高的地方,人工的质量几乎无法满足生产要求。面对市场上日益激烈的竞争,直角坐标机器人应运而生。直角坐标机器人作为市场应用中最为常见的机械装置,由于其高精度、高负载、高性价比等优点,被广泛应用于搬运、码垛、喷涂等工业生产领域。三菱Q系列PLC及QD75P2N定位模块组成控制系统,配合插补运算进行直角坐标机器人路径分析,并可在X/Y轴上实现线性运动。With the production transformation of enterprises,the continuous increase of labor cost and the continuous emergence of labor defects,labor has been unable to meet the higher demand of the market,especially in some places with high manufacturing accuracy,the quality of labor can hardly meet the production requirements.Due to the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the Cartesian coordinate robot was soon to be published.As the most common mechanical device in the market application,the Cartesian coordinate robot is widely used in industrial production fields such as handling,palletizing and spraying because of its advantages of high precision,high loading capacity and cost-effectiveness.Mitsubishi Q series PLC and QD75P2N positioning module constitute the control system,coordinate with the interpolation operation to analyze the path of the Cartesian coordinate robot,and implement linear motion on the X/Y axis.
