摘  要:轻量化新材料目前在汽车、航天等工业领域的研究和应用取得了前所未有的发展,通过采用新材料实现产品的轻量化、保证产品的高可靠性成为当前技术的发展趋势。高强度钢、铝镁合金、工程塑料、碳纤维等复合材料在不同的领域逐渐对传统材料进行替代均有成功的案例,实现新材料的规模化应用除了受到材料本身性能的制约,以及各行业对产品功能的需求的多样性制约外,还会有经济性的考量。作为核电站的中枢神经,核电DCS(数字化仪控系统)机柜也有轻量化和产品高可靠性双重需求,因此有必要开展此领域的研究。本研究一方面通过对不同行业成熟的功能材料进行调研,探讨了材料在核电工控领域的应用;另一方面通过设定目标产品需求,对汽车航空航天轻量化新材料的应用情况进行调研,选定了可应用于安全级机柜的新材料。本研究将新材料产品形态与先进的拓扑优化技术相结合,开展了机柜主承载结构设计和制造性分析,为新材料在核电机柜领域的应用提供了保障。At present,the research and application of lightweight new materials in automotive,aerospace and other industrialfields have achieved unprecedented development.The development trend of current technology is to use new materials to realize the lightweight of products and ensure the high reliability of products.The high-strength steel,aluminum magnesium alloy,engineering plastics,carbon fiber and other composite materials have successfully replaced traditional materials in differentfields.To realize the large-scale application of new materials is not only restricted by the p erformance of the materials themselves,but also by the diversity of demand for product functions in various industries,but also economic considerations.As the central nervous system of nuclear power plants,nuclear power DCS(Digital Control System)cabinets a lso have the dual needs of lightweight and high product reliability,so it is necessary to carry out research in this field.This paper studies the feasibility of materials in the field of nuclear power industrial control through the investigation of mature functional materials in different industries.By setting the target product r equirements,investigate the application of new lightweight materials in automotive,aerospace,and control cabinets in high-reliability fields,and select new materials that can be applied to the feasibility study of safety-level cabinets.The combination of new material product form and advanced topology optimization technology is studied,and the design and manufacturing feasibility analysis of the main bearing structure of the cabinet is carried out.
