摘　　要：以Y企业为例,针对企业服装供应链平台存在信息偏差、信息反馈不及时和问题追溯困难等现象提出了优化改善措施。结果表明:优化后的供应链平台将企业常态化的生产管理问题数量降低,问题解决率达到了86.54%。Taking Y enterprise as an example,the information deviation,untimely information feedback and difficulty in problem tracing of the supply chain platform of the garment enterprise were studied,and optimization and improvement measures were proposed.The result showed that the optimized supply chain platform reduced the number of normal production management problems of the enterprise,and the problem resolution rate reached 86.54%.
