摘　　要：【目的】分离鉴定临床鸽源沙门氏菌,探明分离菌对常见抗生素及自拟复方中药的敏感性,为肉鸽养殖场沙门氏菌合理用药和中兽药防治提供科学依据。【方法】通过病死鸽病料分离沙门氏菌,进行形态学、培养特征、生化特征、16SrRNA测序鉴定;使用临床常用抗生素、自拟中药复方对分离菌进行药敏试验。【结果】分离菌株符合沙门氏菌形态学、生化试验等特性,16Sr RNA测序鉴定为沙门氏菌;该菌对头孢拉定、链霉素、多粘菌素B、多西环素、四环素、阿奇霉素、复方新诺明耐药;对新霉素、克林霉素中度敏感;对诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、左氟沙星等8种常见抗生素敏感;对自拟中药复方四(白头翁、鱼腥草、金银花、乌梅、诃子、白术等中药)高度敏感,对方二(白头翁、黄柏、黄芩、蒲公英、乌梅等中药)、方三(连翘、蒲公英、夏枯草等中药)、方五(由黄芩、秦皮、诃子、柴胡等10味中药)为中度敏感。【结论】分离鸽源沙门氏菌对头孢拉定等7种常见抗生素耐药;自拟中药复方在抑制鸽源沙门氏菌方面具有一定效果,其中,中药复方四对该菌高度敏感。【Objective】The sensitivity of the identified Salmonella strain isolated from pigeon to common antibiotics and self-designed compound traditional Chinese medicines is explored to provide the scientific basis for rational use of Salmonella and control of Chinese veterinary medicine in meat pigeon farms.【Method】The morphology,cultural characteristics,biochemical feature and 16SrDNA sequence of the Salmonella strain isolated from the dead pigeons because of diseases are identified and the sensitivity of the identified Salmonella strain to common antibiotics and self-designed compound traditional Chinese medicinesis are determined by a drug sensitive test.【Result】The isolated Salmonella strain accords with morphology and biochemical characteristics of Salmonella and identified as Salmonella by 16SrDNA sequencing.The isolated Salmonella strain has the drug resistance to cefradine,streptomycin,polymyxin B,doxycycline,tetracycline,azithromycin and trimesulf,the medium sensitivity to neomycin and clindamycin,and the sensitivity to norfloxacin,enrofloxacin,levofloxacin and other 5 common antibiotics.The isolated Salmonella strain has the highly sensitivity to self-designed compound traditional Chinese medicineⅣ(Pulsatilla chinensis,Houttuynia cordata,Lonicera japonica,Fructus mume,Terminalia chebula,Atractylodes macrocephala,et al)and medium sensitivity to self-designed compound traditional Chinese medicineⅡ(Pulsatilla chinensis,Phellodendri chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Taraxacum mongolicum,Fructus mume,et al),Ⅲ(Forsythia suspensa,Taraxacum mongolicum,Prunella vulgaris,et al)andⅤ(Scutellaria baicalensis,Cortex fraxini,Terminalia chebula,Radix Bupleuri,et al).【Conclusion】The isolated Salmonella strain has the drug resistance to seven common antibiotics of cefradine,streptomycin,polymyxin B,doxycycline,tetracycline,azithromycin and trimesulf.Five self-designed compound traditional Chinese medicines has a certain effect on inhibition of Salmonella from pigeons and the self-designed compound tradit
