纳米复合树脂联合透明预成冠美学修复年轻恒牙对抗折性能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨与分析纳米复合树脂联合透明预成冠美学修复年轻恒牙对抗折性能的影响。方法 研究时间为2018年8月至2022年6月,对在本院诊治的76例年轻恒牙脱位患儿进行回顾性分析,根据患儿治疗方式的不同把患儿分为试验组38例与对照组38例,对照组给予纳米复合树脂修复治疗,试验组给予纳米复合树脂联合透明预成冠美学修复,测定恒牙对抗折性能与判定总体修复成功率。结果 治疗后6个月试验组的总体修复成功率为100.0%,对照组为97.4%,试验组与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月试验组与对照组的自觉症状评分都显著低于治疗前1d(P<0.05),治疗后6个月试验组的自觉症状评分与对照组相比也显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月试验组与对照组的牙周袋深度都低于治疗前1d(P<0.05),治疗后6个月试验组的牙周袋深度与对照组相比也显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月试验组的恒牙抗折载荷值与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05);术后6个月,试验组的边缘密合度、修复体外形、边缘着色情况、颜色匹配度、继发龋齿、修复体表面质地各项评估均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 纳米复合树脂联合透明预成冠美学修复年轻恒牙并不会影响修复成功率,还可改善患儿的自觉症状,能降低患儿的牙周袋深度,提高恒牙抗折载荷值和美学效果。Objective To explore and analysis the effects of nano composite resin combined with transparent pre crown aesthetic restoration on the anti fracture performance of young permanent teeth.Method The study period was from August 2018 to June 2022.A retrospective analysis was conducted on 76 cases of young children with dislocation of permanent teeth treated in our hospital.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into experimental group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases).To measure the resistance to fracture of permanent teeth and determine the overall success rate of repair.Result After 6 months of treatment,the overall success rate of repair in the experimental group were 100.0%,while in the control group it were 97.4%.There were no statistically significant difference compared between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the conscious symptom scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the conscious symptom scores of the experimental group were also significantly lower than those of the control group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the periodontal pocket depth of the experimental group and the control group were lower than that of the first day before treatment(P<0.05),and the periodontal pocket depth of the experimental group were also significantly reduced compared to the control group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the permanent tooth bending load value of the experimental group were significantly increased compared to the control group(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the test group was better than the control group in the evaluation of edge compactness,shape of the prostheses,edge coloring,color matching,secondary caries and surface texture of the prostheses(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nanocomposite resin and transparent pre crown aesthetic restoration for young permanent teeth does not affect the success rate of resto
