摘　　要：社区食堂在上海步入深度老龄社会背景下诞生,肩负着由福祉传递更精细生活体验的使命。以上海市长宁区社区食堂为对象,通过田野调研,从视觉、触觉、知觉上分析就餐者与环境空间交互的特色,并就包容性设计来优化提升社区食堂环境空间管理的精细化程度展开讨论。那些因环境福祉惠民促成使用者更多集聚及其带来的利润产出,可以实现社会效益和经济效益相统一的社会生产氛围。同时,其传达出的地域文化气质,将引导我们触摸到上海这座超大城市“人与城市相互成就”的脉搏。The community canteen was born in the context of Shanghai's deeply aging society,which needs to deliver a more refined living experience through well-being.This paper takes the community canteen located in Changning District,Shanghai,as an object.Through field research,the author analyzed the diner's interaction with the environmental space from three aspects,including the visual,tactile,and perceptual.And initiated a research discussion on inclusive design interventions to enhance the refinement of community canteens for the benefit of well-being.The economic output generated by the flow of users can lead to a socially productive atmosphere where social and economic benefits are united,and the regional culture it conveys will lead us to feel the meaning of"people and the city are mutually fulfilling"in this mega-city.
