摘  要:以航空发动机高空台模拟试验为研究对象,针试验设计方案与现有正交设计试验表难以有效匹配的问题,结合多项式环和正交设计试验理论,构造优化的正交试验表,并生成正交设计试验方案;基于正交设计特点,采用无量纲极差分析和逐次回归分析对试验结果进行分析处理;通过试验,得到了可调导叶最优匹配,验证了本试验设计方法的正确性和可行性,对降低航空发动机试验的经济成本和时间成本,加速我国航空发动机研究的步伐具有重大意义。Taking the simulation test of aero-engine high-altitude platform as the research object,aiming at the problem that the experimental design scheme is difficult to effectively match with the existing orthogonal design test table,combined with the polynomial loop and the orthogonal design test theory,an optimized orthogonal test table is constructed.And generate an orthogonal design test plan;based on the characteristics of the orthogonal design,the test results are analyzed and processed by dimensionless range analysis and successive regression analysis;through the test,the optimal matching of the adjustable guide vanes is obtained,which verifies the experimental design method.It is of great significance to reduce the economic cost and time cost of aero-engine test and accelerate the pace of aero-engine research in my country.
