摘　　要：本文针对不良地质高风险隧道,遵循“短进尺”“早闭环”基本施工原则,详细介绍了用于隧道仰拱结构分段浇筑移动模架结构的设计和加工。总结了仰拱和边墙整体同步浇筑施工工艺,同时,解决了传统模板仰拱、边墙独立浇筑存在施工缝质量隐患、模板安装难度大及辅助钢筋用量多、流水施工循环周期长、模板抗浮能力弱等缺点。在工程实践中取得了良好应用效果,以期为类似工程施工提供借鉴和参考。Focusing on high-risk tunnels with unfavorable geological conditions,and following the basic construction principles of"short footage"and"early closed-loop",this article provides a detailed introduction to the design and processing of mobile formwork structures used for segmented pouring of tunnel inverted arch structures.It summarized the construction process of synchronous pouring of the inverted arch and side wall as a whole,and solved the shortcomings of traditional formwork inverted arch and independent pouring of side wall,such as hidden quality hazards of construction joints,difficulty in formwork installation,large amount of auxiliary steel bars,long flow construction cycle,and weak anti floating ability of the formwork.Good application results have been achieved in engineering practice,with the aim of providing reference for similar engineering construction.
