AH Plus糊剂根管充填联合米诺环素治疗逆行性牙髓炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析逆行性牙髓炎疾病特点,研究AH Plus糊剂根管充填与米诺环素联合治疗的临床疗效。方法 104例逆行性牙髓炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例(52颗)。对照组患者采用根管治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上辅助米诺环素治疗。比较两组患者不良事件发生情况、治疗效果及治疗前后牙周指数指标[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)]。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的不良事件发生率9.62%低于对照组的25.00%,临床总有效率96.15%高于对照组的84.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的PLI、GI、PPD比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的PLI、GI、PPD均低于本组治疗前,观察组患者的PLI(0.80±0.10)分、GI(0.57±0.15)分、PPD(1.73±0.15)mm均低于对照组的(1.05±0.20)分、(0.73±0.18)分、(2.94±0.20)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 逆行性牙髓炎患者在AH Plus糊剂根管充填基础上辅助米诺环素治疗,具有安全性、有效性价值,促进患者牙周指数改善。Objective To analyze the characteristics of retrograde pulpitis and study the clinical efficacy of AH Plus paste root canal filling combined with minocycline therapy.Methods A total of 104 patients with retrograde pulpitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group received root canal therapy,and the observation group received minocycline therapy on the basis of control group.Both groups were compared in terms of occurrence of adverse events,therapeutic effect,periodontal index indexes[gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and pocket probing depth(PPD)]before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the incidence of adverse events of 9.62%in the observation group was lower than that of 25.00%in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of 96.15%was higher than that of 84.62%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PLI,GI and PPD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PLI,GI and PPD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the observation group had PLI of(0.80±0.10),GI of(0.57±0.15)and PPD of(1.73±0.15)mm,which were lower than those of(1.05±0.20),(0.73±0.18)and(2.94±0.20)mm in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjunctive treatment of minocycline on the basis of AH Plus paste root canal filling is safe and effective in the treatment of retrograde pulpitis,and can improve the periodontal index of patients.
