摘　　要：在5G技术迅速发展的背景下,为了满足5G时代的业务发展需要,高职院校通信技术专业需要加强对通信人才的培养,优化通信技术专业的教学内容与课程体系,让通信专业人才能够更好地适应工作岗位需要。文章以通信技术专业的发展新机遇为出发点,分析5G通信行业的人才需求及高职通信技术专业人才培养中存在的问题,阐述5G技术背景下高职通信技术专业人才培养的具体路径,以期在新的人才培养体系下完成高职通信专业课程教学改革。In the context of the rapid development of 5G technology,in order to meet the business development needs of the 5G era,communication technology majors in vocational colleges need to strengthen the cultivation of communication talents,optimize the teaching content and curriculum system of communication technology majors,and enable communication professionals to better adapt to the needs of their job positions.Starting from the new opportunities for the development of the communication technology major,this article analyzes the talent needs of the 5G communication industry and the problems in the cultivation of communication technology professionals in vocational colleges.It elaborates on the specific paths for the cultivation of communication technology professionals in vocational colleges under the background of 5G technology,with the aim of completing the teaching reform of communication technology courses in vocational colleges under the new talent cultivation system.
