摘  要:目的 探索O2O(Online To Offline)教学模式在医学高校妇科实训的应用效果。方法 将长春中医药大学“2017级针灸推拿专业”学生作为研究对象,进行了为期半年的课题研究,对比传统教学后和O2O教学后的实训成绩。结果 进行O2O教学后的师生从观念到能力都有明显提高。结论 妇科学作为有重要意义的临床课程,训练学生能够对妇科模型进行分析和医疗操作,需要学生很高的参与度,十分适宜尝试O2O教学模式。Objective To explore the effect of the basic“O2O”(Online To Offline)teaching mode in the teaching of gynecological training teaching in medical colleges and universities.Methods The study was conducted for half a year by all the teachers and students of Acupuncture and Massage in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine in 2017.The results of practical training under two teaching modes were compared,including traditional teaching and O2O mode.Results The students and teachers who received the O2O teaching mode showed significant improvement from conception to competence.Conclusion Gynecological training teaching is an important clinical course for students to be able to further analyze gynecological models and medical operations,which requires a high level of participation.
