摘 要:针对卧式安装电机机脚振动受电机气隙径向力、力矩波动耦合影响的问题,对电磁力波的表达式进行了详细的推导,分析了气隙长度、偏心距、斜极角度等参数对电磁力谐波、转矩脉动的影响。在保持输出转矩一致的情况下,通过增加气隙,优化永磁体形状等方式抑制气隙电磁力谐波和转矩脉动。对不同斜极方式对电机电磁振动噪声的影响进行了详细的分析,对比了不斜极、V字斜极和Z字斜极的差异。最后,通过实验对比了不同结构电机的振动噪声水平。实验结果说明,削弱气隙电磁力谐波和转矩脉动可以有效抑制卧式电机机脚处的振动。优化磁极形状后电机总振动级降低了6dB;采用Z字斜极和V字斜极后电机机脚处振动分别降低了5dB和6dB。Aiming at the problem that the vibration of the horizontal mounted motor feet were affected by the coupling of the radial force and torque ripple of the motor air gap,the expression of electromagnetic force of permanent magnet(PM)machines was derived.The influence of air gap length,pole arc,pole eccentricity and step skewed PM pole on the torque ripple and the electromagnetic force was analyzed.The torque ripple and the electromagnetic force can be reduced by pole shape optimization and increasing air gap length.The influence of different step skew rotor on vibration was analyzed.Straight PM pole motor,V-shaped skew PM pole motor and zigzag skew PM pole motor were designed and compared.Finally,the vibration and noise levels of motors with different structures were compared through experiments.The experimental results show that reducing the air gap electromagnetic force harmonics and torque pulsation can effectively reduce the vibration at horizontal motor feet.The total vibration level of the motors is reduced by 7dB after pole optimization.The total vibration at the motor foot is reduced by 5dB and 6dB,respectively,after Zigzag skew PM pole and V-shaped PM pole.
