江苏近岸海域大黄鱼标记放流及效果评估

摘　　要：为了有效修复江苏近岸海域大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)自然资源及评价增殖放流效果,于2019年5月,在江苏近岸海域,利用锶元素耳石指纹标记技术,开展大黄鱼标记放流试验,并于2019—2020年在江苏沿海3市近海海域,开展大黄鱼增殖放流回捕调查。结果表明,经质量浓度18.00 mg/L锶离子处理的大黄鱼幼鱼,在距离耳石核心0.60~0.80 mm处,形成明显的锶元素指纹标记;增殖放流后,海上调查中捕获大黄鱼的站位数随时间变化呈上升趋势,相对重要指数(IRI)有一定程度的上升;2019—2020年回捕的400尾大黄鱼中,有8尾可以判定为大黄鱼标记鱼,其中1龄和2龄个体各3尾,3龄个体2尾,1龄样品占回收样品总数的0.75%,略低于2019年标记大黄鱼放流的比例(0.91%)。指出,回捕的大黄鱼主要出现在吕四、如东、琼港等海域,说明放流标记鱼,在江苏海域中能够存活、生长和索饵洄游,并产生良好的生态效益。In order to effectively restore the natural resources of Larimichthys crocea in the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province and evaluate the effect of enhancement and release,the method of strontium marking on the otolith was used to carry out the marking and release test of Larimichthys crocea in the coastal areas of Jiangsu province in May 2019.Additionally,an investigation into the enhancement and release of Larimichthys crocea was conducted in the coastal regions in three coastal cities of Jiangsu Province from 2019 to 2020.The results showed that the juvenile Larimichthys crocea treated with Sr2+at a concentration of 18.00 mg/L formed significant strontium markers at the distance of 0.60-0.80 mm from the otolith core;After enhancement and release,the number of stations capturing Larimichthys crocea in the marine surveys displayed an upward trend over time,and the relative importance index(IRI)also increased to some extent;Among the 400 Larimichthys crocea recaptured from 2019 to 2020,8 can be judged as marker fish of Larimichthys crocea,including 3 individuals of 1-year-old and 2 individuals of 2-year-old,and 2 individuals of 3-year-old.The sample of 1-year-old accounts for 0.75%of the total number of recaptured samples,which is slightly lower than the proportion of release of marked Larimichthys crocea in 2019(0.91%).The results of this study revealed that recaptured Larimichthys crocea mainly appeared in Lvsi,Rudong,Qionggang,and other sea areas,indicating that the released marker fish can survive,grow and fly with bait in the Jiangsu sea areas and can produce good ecological benefits.
