摘 要:董仲舒通过对《春秋公羊传》历史叙事的创造性诠释,在“圣王一体”的价值语境下,建构起大一统王权的合法性理论体系。在对《春秋》记载的历史事件的叙述中,董仲舒一方面把这些事件与时代问题结合起来,会通天人,使儒家的伦理价值观念上升到天道的高度,指出了“由王而圣”的可能性,为大一统王权政治的合法性进行了论证;另一方面,在“圣王一体”的政治理想和价值理念影响下,董仲舒又采取“由圣而王”的路径,对孔子为“素王”而为后世制宪立法进行了深入诠释,实现了“圣”与“王”的逻辑统一。这使《春秋》成为汉代纲纪天下的法典性文本,也奠定了儒学在意识形态领域的主导地位。Through the creative interpretation of the historical narrative of Gongyang’s Commentary on The Spring and Autumn Annals,Dong Zhongshu constructed a theoretical system of legitimacy of the great unity of kingship under the value context of“the integration of sage and king”.In his narration of the historical events recorded in The Spring and Autumn Annals,Dong Zhongshu,on the one hand,combined these events with the issues of the times,connected heaven and man to raise the Confucian ethical values to the level of the way of heaven,pointed out the possibility of“from king to sage”,and demonstrated the legitimacy of the great unity of kingship.On the other hand,under the influence of the political ideal and value concept of“integration of sage and king”,Dong Zhongshu,by the way of“from sage to king”,made an in-depth interpretation of Confucius(the ancient sage who had the virtue of a king but does not occupy the position of a king)making constitution and legislation for later generations,and realized the logical unity of“sage”and“king”.This made The Spring and Autumn Annals a canonical text of social governance in the Han Dynasty,and also established the dominant position of Confucianism in the ideological field.
