摘  要:原产美洲的辣椒于明末传入中国。随着引种成功和种植区域扩大,辣椒在中国传播的过程中,产生了丰富的利用方式。辣椒不仅可供观赏,还是一种加工方式多样的重要调料,同时也是重要的药用材料,并且还起到诸如驱虫防蛀、畜禽饲料甚至杀伤性武器等罕见之用。辣椒在中国传播过程中产生的这些用途,不仅反映着辣椒与中国社会文化的交融与互动,更彰显作为域外传入植物的辣椒在中国传播进程中所呈现的高度本土化。Capsicum,native to America,was introduced into China in the late Ming Dynasty.With the expansion of planting area,the spread process of capsicum in China,resulting in a variety of utilization methods.Capsicum is not only for appreciating,but also an important seasoning with various processing methods.At the same time,it is also an important medicinal material.It also plays a rare role,such as insect repellent and mothproof,livestock and poultry feed and even lethal weapons.These utilization methods produced in the spread of capsicum in China not only reflect the integration and interaction between capsicum and Chinese social culture,but also demonstrates the high degree of localization of capsicum as an imported plant in the process of dissemination in China.
