基于“异病同治”理论浅析脑神经血管压迫综合征

摘　　要：脑神经血管压迫综合征(NVCS)是一类临床上比较常见的神经外科疾病,主要包括:原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)、原发性面肌痉挛(PHFS)和原发性舌咽神经痛(PGN)等临床病症。虽然目前西医对于NVCS的治疗体系已相对完善,但是,西药的副作用、手术治疗的风险性和并发症仍然不容乐观。相较之下,中医药治疗往往疗效显著、更为安全、治疗成本更低,因此受到越来越多的患者的亲睐。然而,目前仍缺乏对此类疾病共同病因病机的总结,尚未建立有效的共病治疗策略及整体观,导致治疗效果的良莠不齐。作者通过对相关领域文献的追溯整理,基于“异病同治”理论,探析中医共性病因病机及证治特点,以期为此类疾病的治疗提供参考意义。为优化中医治疗方案和发扬中医辨证论治理论提供参考价值。Neurovascular compression syndrome(NVCS) is a clinically common neurosurgical disease,mainly including:primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN),primary hemifacial spasm(PHFS) and primary glossopharyngeal Clinical conditions such as neuralgia(PGN).Although the current Western medicine treatment system for NVCS is relatively complete,the side effects of Western medicine,the risks and complications of surgical treatment are still not optimistic.In contrast,traditional Chinese medicine treatment often has significant curative effect,is safer,and has lower treatment cost,so it is favored by more and more patients.However,there is still a lack of summary of the common etiology and pathogenesis of such diseases,and no effective treatment strategy and holistic view of comorbidities have been established,resulting in uneven treatment effects.Based on the retrospective arrangement of literature in related fields,the author explores the common etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of “same treatment for different diseases”,in order to provide reference for the treatment of such diseases.It provides reference value for optimizing TCM treatment plan and carrying forward TCM theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
