摘　　要：目的:观察“多向刺”三阳络穴为主治疗中风后手指拘挛的疗效。方法:将60例中风后手指拘挛的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组“多向刺”三阳络、合谷透后溪,行平补平泻手法,留针30min,1次/d,每周5次,连续治疗4周;对照组常规抗痉挛肢体摆放、痉挛肢体牵拉和被动伸展、关节活动度训练,疗程同治疗组。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义;2组治疗后改良Ashworth评定分级均有不同程度减少,简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法分值提高,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:“多向刺”三阳络穴为主治疗中风后手指拘挛疗效显著,在降低手指痉挛、改善运动功能方面优于常规康复训练。Objective:To observe the curative effect of “multi-direction needling” on Sanyangluo points mainly in the treatment of post-stroke finger spasms.Methods:60 patients with finger spasm after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received “multi-direction acupuncture” at Sanyangluo and Hegu Tohouxi,performed flat tonifying and flattening-reducing manipulations,and retained the needle for 30 minutes,once a day,5 times a week,for 4 consecutive weeks;Spastic limb stretching and passive stretching,joint range of motion training,the course of treatment was the same as that of the treatment group.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The method scores increased,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:“Multi-direction needling” at Sanyangluo acupoints is effective in treating post-stroke finger spasm,and it is superior to conventional rehabilitation training in reducing finger spasm and improving motor function.
