摘　　要：肾为“作强之官”,具有体阴而用阳的生理特性。肾体阴、用阳相互协调,在人体精血化生、气机摄纳、骨髓充养、津液代谢以及志向坚定等生理活动中发挥作强之职。本文通过分析肾体、用的阴阳关系以及生理功能,进一步阐释“作强之官”的深刻内涵,为提高临床病证诊治水平提供借鉴。Kidney is a‘strong official’,with the physiological characteristics belonging to Yin in physique and Yang in function,which co-ordinates in harmony and plays the role of strong official in physical activities,including essence and blood regeneration,Qi absorption,bone marrow replenishing,body fluid metabolism and Will growth.By analyzing the relationship between Kidney body,its function of Yin and Yang,and its physiological function,this study further explained the profound connotation of‘strong official’and provided references for improving diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
