摘  要:目的建立汞离子印迹固相萃取-电感耦合质谱法(ICP-MS)对海鱼肉中汞形态分析方法。方法将海鱼样品去骨粉碎,鱼肉样品经5 mol·L^(-1)HCl水浴超声提取,提取液经离心后调节pH值至7.0±0.5,经汞离子印迹柱萃取,通过10mL 1 mol·L^(-1)HCl进行洗脱,将洗脱液微波消解后,用ICP-MS进行测定,得到海鱼鱼肉中无机汞的含量;再另取海鱼样品微波消解,采用电感耦合质谱法测得海鱼中总汞含量;通过总汞含量与无机汞含量相减,得到海鱼肉中有机汞含量(以汞计),并进行加标回收实验。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于海鱼肉中汞(无机汞、有机汞)的定量检测。OBJECTIVE To establish a mercury ion imprinting inductively coupled massspectrometry method for speciation analysis of mercury in marine fish.METHODS The marine fish samples were boneless and crushed.The fish meat samples were extracted by 5 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid water bath ultrasonic extraction.The extraction solution was centrifuged and adjusted to pH 7.0±0.5.It was extracted by mercury ion imprinting column,eluted by 10mL 1mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid.After microwave digestion of the eluent,the content of inorganicmercury in the marine fish meat was determined by ICP-MS;The total mercury content in marine fish was determined by inductively coupled mass spectrometry with microwave digestion.By subtracting the total mercury content from the inorganic mercury content,the organic mercury content(in mercury)in marine fish meat was obtained,and the recovery experiment was conducted.CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible and suitable for the quantitative determination of mercury(inorganic mercury,organic mercury)in marine fish.
