摘　　要：在近代以来的广东侨乡地区,存在一种建立在诚信基础之上的特殊的借贷和还款模式。侨乡民众为了出国或侨眷为了缓解经济困境等,通过签立借贷契约筹集资金,而后通过从海外寄回侨批银信的方式进行还款。借贷契约与还款侨批是中华优秀传统文化的组成部分,蕴含了中华民族的诚信思想和理念,对提高社会诚信意识、推进诚信文化建设及完善诚信建设长效机制具有重要的借鉴意义。Since modern times,there has been a special lending and repayment mode based on honesty in Guangdong's Qiaoxiang.In order to go abroad or to alleviate the economic difficulties of Qiaoxiang families,the residents of Qiaoxiang raise funds by signing a Loan contract,and then repaythe loan by sendingthe Qiaopi back from Overseas.The Loan contract and the repayment of Qiaopi are part of the excellent traditional culture of China,which contain the integrity thoughts and concepts of the Chinese nation,and have important reference significance for improving the social integrity awareness,promoting the construction of integrity culture and improving the long-term mechanism of integrity construction.
