摘　　要：目的探讨婴儿眼科术后功能性病号服的研制及临床应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年6—12月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院眼科病房收治的60例患儿为研究对象,按入院时间将2021年6—9月入院的30例患儿设为对照组,将2021年10—12月入院的30例患儿设为观察组。观察组术后使用婴儿功能性病号服,对照组使用普通婴儿病号服。比较两组患儿的术后眼部敷料撕脱率、皮肤损伤率、患儿家长满意度。结果观察组患儿敷料撕脱和皮肤损伤发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长在"病号服/约束衣穿着时腕部、肩肘部穿着活动度可以限制患儿手不触碰眼部""穿着病号服/约束衣时家长有安全感""夜间家长睡眠质量有提高""术后至术后第1天患儿眼部敷料覆盖完好,期间无需医生重新换药"方面的满意率均高于对照组,观察组患儿家长对"病号服/约束衣的薄厚度适宜"的满意率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴儿功能性病号服的使用方便安全,制动效果好,更加舒适,有利于婴儿眼科术后恢复,家属使用效果满意。Objective To explore the development and clinical effects of functional patient clothing for infants after ophthalmic surgery.Methods From June to December 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 60 infants admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University as the research subject.According to the admission time,30 infants admitted from June to September 2021 were assigned to the control group,and 30 infants admitted from October to December 2021 were assigned to the observation group.The observation group used functional patient clothing for infants after surgery,while the control group used regular patient clothing for infants.This study compared the postoperative eye dressing tear off incidence,skin injury incidence,and parental satisfaction between two groups of infants.Results The incidences of dressing tear off and skin injury in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction of infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of"the mobility of the wrist,shoulder,and elbow when wearing the patient clothing/restraint clothing could limit the infants'hands from touching the eyes""the parents had a sense of security when infants wore the patient clothing/restraint clothing""the sleep quality of parents at night improved""the children's eye dressing was intact immediately after surgery to the first day after surgery,and there was no need for doctors to change dressing during this period".The parental satisfaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group in terms of the"appropriate thickness of patient clothing/restraint clothing".The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of functional patient clothing for infants is convenient and safe,with good braking effect and high comfort,which is beneficial for recovery of infants after ophthalmic surgery,and t
