根管治疗术中应用Apexcal糊剂对根尖周炎症患者的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨根管治疗术中应用氢氧化钙临时根管消毒糊剂(Apexcal糊剂)对根尖周炎症患者的影响。方法 86例根尖周炎症患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组,每组43例。两组均进行根管治疗术,在根管消毒阶段,参照组应用樟脑苯酚,研究组应用Apexcal糊剂。比较两组应用根管消毒药物前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,窦道愈合时长,治疗前与治疗2、4个月后的X线分级,根管预备术后的舒适度评分。结果 应用根管消毒药物7 d后,两组的VAS评分均低于应用根管消毒药物前,且研究组的VAS评分(3.46±0.47)分低于参照组的(5.08±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的窦道愈合时长为(10.34±0.87)d,短于参照组的(16.79±0.56)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,研究组X线分级0级7例、1级15例、2级14例、3级7例,参照组X线分级0级3例、1级10例、2级16例、3级14例;治疗4个月后,研究组X线分级0级26例、1级17例、2级0例、3级0例,参照组X线分级0级20例、1级12例、2级11例、3级0例。治疗2、4个月后,研究组X线分级均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组根管预备术后的舒适度评分为(3.16±0.78)分,高于参照组的(2.05±0.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根管治疗术中应用Apexcal糊剂能够有效促进根尖周炎症愈合,减轻疼痛,同时降低根管预备术后不适感。Objective To discuss the effect of calcium hydroxide temporary root canal disinfection paste(Apexcal paste)on patients with periapical inflammation during root canal therapy.Methods A total of 86 patients with periapical inflammation were divided into research group and reference group according to the random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.Root canal therapy was performed in both groups.In the root canal disinfection stage,camphor-phenol was used in the reference group and Apexcal paste was used in the research group.Both groups were compared in terms of visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after root canal disinfection,sinus healing time,X-ray grading before and after 2 and 4 months of treatment,and comfort scores after root canal preparation.Results After 7 d of root canal disinfection,the VAS score of both groups was lower than that before root canal disinfection;the VAS score of(3.46±0.47)points of the research group was lower than that of(5.08±0.36)points of the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sinus healing time was(10.34±0.87)d,which was shorter than that of(16.79±0.56)d in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the research group had 7 cases of X-ray grade 0,15 cases of grade 1,14 cases of grade 2 and 7 cases of grade 3;and the reference group had 3 cases of X-ray grade 0,10 cases of grade 1,16 cases of grade 2 and 14 cases of grade 3.After 4 months of treatment,the research group had 26 cases of X-ray grade 0,17 cases of grade 1,0 cases of grade 2,and 0 cases of grade 3;the reference group had 20 cases of X-ray grade 0,12 cases of grade 1,11 cases of grade 2,and 0 cases of grade 3.After 2 and 4 months of treatment,the X-ray grading of the research group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score after root canal preparation was(3.16±0.78)points in the research group,which was higher than that of(2.05±0.
