摘 要:目的 分析血液生化检验对于急慢性白血病鉴别诊断意义。方法 110例急慢性白血病患者,根据疾病程度分为A组(急性白血病)与B组(慢性白血病),各55例;另纳入同期体检的55例健康人员为对照组。所有研究对象均行血液生化检验。比较急慢性白血病患者与对照组的血液生化指标[碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)及血清锌、血清铜、血清铬],比较A组和B组患者的血清酶指标(ALP、GGT、LDH和α-HBDH)。结果 急慢性白血病患者的ALP(99.97±6.98)U/L、GGT(56.54±4.65)U/L、LDH(398.71±8.22)U/L、α-HBDH(304.43±6.68)U/L、血清铜(13.95±2.05)μmol/L、血清铬(1.12±0.66)μmol/L均高于对照组的(46.58±6.24)U/L、(26.59±4.02)U/L、(147.56±8.05)U/L、(107.58±6.51)U/L、(10.25±2.06)μmol/L、(0.28±0.04)μmol/L,血清锌(11.15±1.66)μmol/L低于对照组的(12.01±1.15)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的ALP、GGT、LDH、α-HBDH水平均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血液生化检验可以鉴别急慢性白血病,评估治疗效果。Objective To analyze the significance of blood biochemical test in differential diagnosis and clinical treatment of acute and chronic leukemia.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute and chronic leukemia were divided into group A(acute leukemia)and group B(chronic leukemia),with 55 cases in each group.In addition,55 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were included as the control group.Blood biochemical tests were performed on all subjects to compare the blood biochemical indices[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),serum zinc,serum copper,serum chromium]between acute and chronic leukemia patients and patients in the control group as well as serum enzyme indices(ALP,GGT,LDH andα-HBDH)between group A and group B.Results Patients with acute and chronic leukemia had ALP of(99.97±6.98)U/L,GGT of(56.54±4.65)U/L,LDH of(398.71±8.22)U/L,α-HBDH of(304.43±6.68)U/L,serum copper of(13.95±2.05)μmol/L and serum chromium of(1.12±0.66)μmol/L,which were higher than those of(46.58±6.24)U/L,(26.59±4.02)U/L,(147.56±8.05)U/L,(107.58±6.51)U/L,(10.25±2.06)μmol/L and(0.28±0.04)μmol/L in the control group;the serum zinc of(11.15±1.66)μmol/L in patients with acute and chronic leukemia was lower than that of(12.01±1.15)μmol/L in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ALP,GGT,LDH andα-HBDH in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood biochemical test can identify acute and chronic leukemia and evaluate the therapeutic effect.
