艾司奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡出血患者生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 研究艾司奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡出血患者生活质量的影响。方法 74例消化性溃疡出血患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(35例)及观察组(39例)。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组采用兰索拉唑治疗,观察组采用艾司奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果 治疗前,两组患者的生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、社会功能评分分别为(88.45±10.02)、(88.49±10.18)、(89.05±10.04)、(88.75±10.31)分,明显高于对照组的(82.13±6.13)、(81.36±6.11)、(81.34±6.34)、(82.04±6.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 艾司奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血患者能有效提高患者的生活质量,值得推荐。Objective To study the effect of esomeprazole on quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 74 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to different treatment methods.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with lansoprazole,and the observation group was treated with esomeprazole.The quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in scores of physiological function,physical pain,general health and social function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,general health and social function in the observation group were(88.45±10.02),(88.49±10.18),(89.05±10.04)and(88.75±10.31)points,which were significantly higher than those of(82.13±6.13),(81.36±6.11),(81.34±6.34)and(82.04±6.13)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding,and is worthy of recommendation.
