摘　　要：纪检监察学科培养专业人才应当以政治素质的提升为首要标准。培养纪检监察人才政治素质是党对纪检监察工作全面领导的题中之义,是纪法贯通作为纪检监察机关基本工作方式的必然要求,是纪检监察学科建设的属性使然,是本硕博贯通培养的内在要求。纪检监察人才培养所强调的政治素质在根本立场上要做到对党的绝对忠诚,在基本理念上要坚持“两个结合”有机融入纪检监察,在业务能力上要实现纪法贯通。培养纪检监察人才的政治素质在方法论上要求创新学科研究范式,在课程论上要求体现政治内容的有效主导,在阶段论上要求构建完善的本硕博贯通培养机制。Improving political quality should be the primary goal of training talent in discipline inspection and supervision.The political quality of discipline inspection and supervision talents is the essential part of the Communist Party's overall leadership of discipline inspection and supervision work and the natural requirement for the integration of discipline and law as the basic working mode of discipline inspection and supervision organs.It is the attribute of discipline construction of discipline inspection and supervision and the inherent requirement of the integration of undergraduate,postgraduate and doctoral education.The political quality emphasized in cultivation of discipline inspection and supervision talent requires discipline inspection and supervision personnel to be absolute loyal to the Party,adhere to the organic integration of the"Two Combinations",and achieve the integration of discipline and law.The training and cultivation require the innovation of discipline research paradigm in methodology,the effective dominance of political content in curriculum theory,and the construction of a perfect training mechanism through undergraduate,postgraduate and doctoral studies in stage theory.
