摘 要:GIS设备承重式搬运平台各部件之间主要通过螺栓连接,为了确保螺栓连接的安全性,需对其强度进行校核。首先建立GIS设备承重式搬运平台有限元模型,然后采用Block Lanczos法对建立的有限元模型进行约束模态分析,找出振动较大的部位以及该部位附近的螺栓。借助VDI2230标准对工作载荷最大的1号螺栓与工作载荷最小的7号螺栓进行强度校核。分析计算结果表明:螺栓抵抗剪切、滑移、压溃等安全系数均在标准所规定的范围内,螺栓连接强度满足要求。Because the components of GIS equipment load-bearing handling platform are mainly connected by bolts,in order to ensure the safety of bolt connection,its strength needs to be checked.Firstly,a finite element model of GIS equipment load-bearing handling platform was established.Secondly,the Block Lanczos method was used to analyze the constrained modal of the finite element model,and the parts with large vibration and the bolts near the parts were found out.According to VDI2230 standard,the strength of the No.1 bolt with the largest working load and the No.7 bolt with the smallest working load were checked.Analysis and calculation results show that the safety factors of bolts against shearing,sliding and crushing are within the range specified in the standard,and the strength of bolt connection meets the requirements.
