摘 要:为探究钢轨打磨时波磨波长和打磨效果的对应关系,基于动力学理论和打磨磨削等效理论,建立包括打磨单元动力学子系统、轨道动力学子系统和打磨磨削子系统的钢轨纵向不平顺打磨仿真模型,并运用该模型仿真分析钢轨打磨过程,研究波磨波长、砂轮尺寸对打磨效果的影响。结果表明:该仿真模型能够模拟钢轨波磨不平顺打磨去除过程;砂轮打磨短波钢轨波磨时主要去除波峰材料,波磨幅值显著降低,打磨效果好;小半径砂轮打磨长波钢轨波磨时,同时去除波峰和波谷材料,波磨幅值降幅较小,打磨效果差;打磨长波钢轨波磨时,可以通过增大打磨砂轮的半径,减少砂轮对波磨波谷处材料的打磨,改善打磨效果。To explore the corresponding relationship between the corrugation wavelength and the grinding effect during rail grinding,a simulation model for rail longitudinal irregularity grinding,including the grinding unit dynamics subsystem,track dynamics subsystem,and grinding subsystem,was established based on dynamic theory and the equivalent theory of grinding.The model is used to simulate and analyze the rail grinding process,and the effects of corrugation wavelength and grinding wheel size on the grinding effect were studied.The results show that the simulation model can simulate the removal process of corrugation irregularity grinding of steel rails.When grinding short wave rail corrugation with grinding wheels,the main method is to remove the peak material,resulting in a significant reduction in the amplitude of the corrugation and a good grinding effect.When using a small radius grinding wheel to grind a long wave rail corrugation,removing both peak and valley materials results in a small decrease in the amplitude of the corrugation and poor grinding effect.When grinding long wave steel rail corrugation,the grinding effect can be improved by increasing the radius of the grinding wheel to reduce the grinding of the material at the corrugation valley of the grinding wheel.
