摘 要:根据平潭海峡公铁大桥大小练岛水道桥2021年全年风速数据对实测三向风速进行正交分解,引入非平稳模型定义平均风速,在传统经验模态分解提取时变均值的基础上,通过平稳度指标改进时变均值项判断准则,提出一种非平稳时变平均风速提取方法。根据全年实测风速数据统计分析平潭海峡桥址区实测风速的均值、最大值和极大值,进一步研究脉动风场的时域特性。结果表明:平潭海峡桥址区2021年日最大风速最大值为13.9 m/s,日极大风速最大值为24.5 m/s。由于8—9月是台风季,桥址附近受热带低压影响日最大风速和日极大风速均为最大值。采用两参数Weibull分布能够更好地表征跨海桥梁桥址区平均风速;海洋风场实测风速表现出明显非高斯特性,需要考虑脉动风场的非高斯特性进行风环境分析。Based on the 2021 annual wind speed data of the Pingtan Strait rail-cum-road bridge,Daliandao and Xiaoliandao waterway bridges,an orthogonal decomposition was conducted on the measured three-dimensional wind speed.A non-stationary model was introduced to define the average wind speed.On the basis of traditional empirical mode decomposition to extract the time-varying mean,a non-stationary time-varying average wind speed extraction method was proposed by improving the judgment criteria of the time-varying mean term through stationarity indicators.Based on the annual measured wind speed data,statistical analysis was conducted on the mean,maximum,and maximum values of the measured wind speed in the Pingtan Strait bridge site area,in order to further study the timedomain characteristics of pulsating wind fields.The results show that the maximum daily wind speed in the Pingtan Strait bridge site area in 2021 is 13.9 m/s,and the maximum daily wind speed is 24.5 m/s.Due to the typhoon season from August to September,the maximum daily wind speed and maximum daily wind speed near the bridge site are both maximum due to the influence of tropical low pressure.The use of two parameters Weibull distribution can better represent the average wind speed in the bridge site area of a cross-sea bridge.The measured wind speed in ocean wind fields exhibit significant non-Gaussian characteristics,and it is necessary to consider the non-Gaussian characteristics of fluctuating wind fields for wind environment analysis.
