摘 要:锂电池动力船舶与传统化石能源驱动的船舶相比动力系统工作原理有很大不同,存在的风险也不相同。本文分析船舶碰撞原理,确定4000kWh纯电动货船的碰撞工况,采用Abaqus对电动货船进行建模和碰撞数值仿真。使用Comsol对锂离子电池的单个电芯进行热失控仿真计算,将结果与实际的实验数据进行对比,确定热失控仿真计算的可行性。之后对电池模组进行热失控仿真,分析整个电池模组热失控后带来的影响,从而制定出锂电池货船控制热失控的措施。Compared with traditional fossil energy-powered ships,the working principle of the power system of lithi-um battery-powered ships is very different,and the risks are also different.This paper analyzes the principle of ship collision,determines the collision conditions of a 40o0 kWh pure electric cargo ship,and uses Abaqus software to model and collision numerical simulation of the electric cargo ship.Use Comsol software to perform thermal runaway simulation calculation on a single cell of a lithium-ion battery,compare the results with actual experimental data,and determine the feasibility of thermal runaway simulation calculation.After that,the thermal runaway simulation of the battery module was carried out to analyze the impact of the thermal runaway of the entire battery module,so as to formulate measures to control the thermal runaway of the lithium battery cargo ship.
