摘 要:武定鸡是云南省武定县的一种独特的家禽,它体型庞大,羽毛鲜艳,行动敏捷,肉质细嫩,口感鲜美,营养价值极高。随着市场的发展和消费者需求的变化,人们对于绿色食品的关注度越来越高。想要充分发挥武定鸡品种资源优势,就必须对武定鸡绿色食品牌进行科学合理的开发与利用,增加产品附加价值。本文对武定鸡绿色食品牌打造过程中出现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策,以期提高武定鸡绿色食品牌的影响力、竞争力与附加值,进而带动当地经济高质量发展。Wuding chicken is a unique kind of poultry in Wuding County,Yunnan Province.It is large in size,bright in feathers,quick in action,tender in meat,delicious in taste and high in nutritional value.With the development of the market and the change of consumer demand,people pay more and more attention to green food.In order to give full play to the advantages of Wuding chicken variety resources,it is necessary to carry out scientific and reasonable development and utilization of the green food brand of Wuding chicken,increase the added value of products.This article analyzes the problems encountered in the process of building a green food brand for Wuding chicken,and proposes corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the influence,competitiveness,and added value of the green food brand for Wuding chicken,thereby driving the high-quality development of the local economy.
