摘  要:我国拥有悠久的饮食历史和丰富多样的烹饪技艺,中式热菜作为中国饮食文化的重要组成部分,一直备受喜爱。但在现今的市场环境下,中式热菜也面临着来自国内外各种饮食文化的竞争和挑战。为了保持中式热菜在全球餐饮市场的地位和影响力,提高其竞争力,亟需进行创新和发展。通过对中式热菜创新的对策研究,旨在推动中国饮食文化的传承与发展,提升中式热菜的品质和市场竞争力,为世界餐饮市场带来更多独具特色和创新的中式热菜,使其成为全球饮食文化的瑰宝。本文以中式热菜创新的对策为重点,从多个方面探讨中式热菜创新的原因和必要性。With a long dietary history and rich and varied cooking skills,Chinese style hot vegetables have been popular as an important part of Chinese dietary culture.However,in the present-day market environment,Chinese style hot foods also face competition and challenges from various dietary cultures at home and abroad.In order to maintain the status and influence of Chinese hot vegetables in the catering market worldwide and improve its competitiveness,innovation and development are urgently needed.Through the research on countermeasures to the innovation of Chinese hot vegetables,it aims to promote the transmission and development of Chinese food culture,improve the quality and market competitiveness of Chinese hot vegetables,and bring more characteristic and innovative Chinese hot vegetables to the world catering market,making it a treasure in the global food culture.In this paper,we focus on countermeasures for the innovation of Chinese hot dishes and explore the reasons and necessity for the innovation of Chinese hot dishes from several aspects.
