摘  要:目的:探讨不同膳食组成午餐对2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)患者餐后糖代谢的影响。方法:选择12例T2DM患者为研究对象,观察3种不同膳食组成午餐对T2DM患者餐后糖代谢相关指标的影响。结果:与午餐C相比,午餐A和B均有利于改善T2DM患者餐后糖代谢,尤其是午餐B改善糖代谢效果最好。结论:午餐不同膳食组成可影响T2DM患者餐后糖代谢,适当增加膳食中蛋白质、膳食纤维以及低血糖指数食物比例,有利于改善T2DM患者餐后糖代谢。Objective:To investigate the effects of lunches of different dietary patterns on postprandial glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:Twelve adult patients with T2DM were selected to observe the effects of three different test lunches on postprandial glucose metabolism in patients with T2DM.Result:Compared with the lunch A,the lunch B and lunch C were beneficial to improve postprandial glucose metabolism in patients with T2DM,especially the lunch B had the best effect on improving glucose metabolism in T2DM patients.Conclusion:Different dietary patterns at lunch could affect postprandial glucose metabolism in T2DM patients.Appropriately increasing the proportion of dietary protein,dietary fiber and foods with low glycemic index could improve postprandial glucose metabolism in T2DM patients.
