摘　　要：目的:建立了测定纸吸管中微量游离甲醛含量的柱前Hantzsch衍生高效液相色谱法。方法:样品中微量游离甲醛经水提取后与乙酰丙酮在乙酸铵-乙酸缓冲溶液中生成甲醛衍生产物,经高效液相色谱对甲醛衍生物进行分离、检测进而测定纸吸管中微量游离甲醛含量。结果:甲醛在0.05~3.20 mg·L^(-1)质量浓度内呈良好的线系关系,R2=0.9998,方法检出限为1.0 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为2.5 mg·kg^(-1)。按低、中、高浓度的3个标准加入水平的加样回收率为87.2%~106.1%,RSD为1.42%~4.63%。结论:本方法操作简便、选择性好、定量准确、精密度高,适用于纸吸管中微量游离甲醛含量的测定。Objective:A pre column Hantzsch derivatization high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of trace free formaldehyde in paper pipettes was established.Method:The trace free formaldehyde in the sample is extracted with water and then combined with acetylacetone to form a formaldehyde derivative in an ammonium acetate acetic acid buffer solution.The formaldehyde derivative is separated and detected by high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the trace free formaldehyde content in the paper pipette.Result:The formaldehyde showed a good linear relationship within the mass concentration of 0.05~3.20 mg·L^(-1),R2=0.9998,the detection limit of the method was 1.0 mg·kg^(-1),and the quantitative limit was 2.5 mg·kg^(-1).According to the results of adding the three standard addition levels of low,medium and high concentration,the recovery rate of sample addition is 87.2%~106.1%,and the RSD is 1.42%~4.63%.Conclusion:The method is simple,selective,accurate and precise,and suitable for the determination of trace free formaldehyde in paper pipette.
