摘  要:探讨了血红蛋白分析联合血常规检测在产科初筛地中海贫血中的应用效果。收集2022年1月—2022年12月于南宁市第二人民医院确诊地中海贫血的225例孕妇为研究对象,所有孕妇均进行血红蛋白分析、血常规和地中海贫血基因分析检测。分析上述指标的检测结果,以及各指标联合检测漏诊率。225例孕妇中,有α-地中海贫血127例(56.44%),β-地中海贫血92例(40.89%),α合并β-地中海贫血6例(2.67%);β-地中海贫血患者MCV、MCH、Hb最低,RDW最高;β-地中海贫血患者HbA2高于α-地中海贫血患者;MCH+HbA2联合检测对各型地中海贫血漏诊率最低。研究发现,血红蛋白分析联合血常规检测能够明显降低地中海贫血的漏检率,在产科初筛地中海贫血中的应用效果较好,应用价值高。Explored the application effect of hemoglobin analysis combined with blood routine testing in the initial screening of thalassemia in obstetrics.A total of 225 pregnant women diagnosed with thalassemia at The Second Nanning People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected as the study subjects.All pregnant women underwent hemoglobin analysis,blood routine analysis,and thalassemia gene analysis testing.Analyze the detection results of the above indicators and the missed diagnosis rate of joint detection of each indicator.Among 225 pregnant women,there areα-127 cases(56.44%)of thalassemia,β-92 cases(40.89%)of thalassemia,αmergeβ-6 cases(2.67%)of thalassemia;β-Patients with thalassemia have the lowest MCV,MCH,Hb,and the highest RDW;β-HbA2 is higher in patients with thalassemiaα-Patients with thalassemia;The combined detection of MCH+HbA2 has the lowest missed diagnosis rate for various types of thalassemia.Research has found that hemoglobin analysis combined with blood routine testing can significantly reduce the missed detection rate of thalassemia,and its application effect in the initial screening of thalassemia in obstetrics is good,with high application value.
