内镜下止血配合质子泵抑制剂用于消化性溃疡并出血患者治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：研究了内镜下止血配合质子泵抑制剂用于消化性溃疡并出血患者治疗的临床效果。选取毕节市第一人民医院于2020年1月—2022年12月收治的消化性溃疡并出血患者60例为研究对象,并将其随机均分成对照组(30例,质子泵抑制剂治疗)和观察组(30例,内镜下止血配合质子泵抑制剂治疗),对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、症状缓解的时间、各种指标的改善程度和不良反应的发生率。研究发现,内镜下止血配合质子泵抑制剂用于消化性溃疡并出血患者治疗的临床效果显著优于单用质子泵抑制剂治疗,因此内镜下止血配合质子泵抑制剂治疗更具推广价值。The clinical efficacy of endoscopic hemostasis combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding was studied.Sixty patients with peptic ulcer and bleeding admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Bijie City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases treated with proton pump inhibitors)and the observation group(30 cases treated with endoscopic hemostasis combined with proton pump inhibitors).Compare the total effective rate of treatment,the time for symptom relief,the degree of improvement of various indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Research has found that the clinical effect of endoscopic hemostasis combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding is significantly better than that of proton pump inhibitors alone.Therefore,endoscopic hemostasis combined with proton pump inhibitors has more promotional value.
