主体间性观照下公民主体性的文化建构

摘　　要：西方自由主义主体性危机及其反思已然澄明,真正的公民主体性是公民主体间性,涵涉公民个人主体性、公民交往主体性和公民公共主体性。因封建历史传统观念、当前多种消极思潮和高等教育功利化所阻抑,我国相当普遍地存在公民主体性薄弱症状,因此公民主体性的文化建构已成为当务之急。其逻辑是:以主体间性为哲学观照,以社会主义核心价值观为价值共识,以哈贝马斯的交往理性为伦理规训,以马克思主义共同体愿景为理想追求,着力强构自由、自主、自觉、自律的公民个人主体意识,平等、对话、民主、协商的公民交往主体意识以及尽责、参与、共建、共享的公民公共主体意识。The crisis of subjectivity in Western liberalism and its reflection have become clarified.The true citizen subjectivity is the intersubjectivity of citizens,which involves the individual subjectivity of citizens,the communicative subjectivity of citizens,and the public subjectivity of citizens.Due to the traditional feudal historical concepts,various negative ideological trends,and the utilitarianism of higher education,there are common symptoms of weak citizen subjectivity in China.Therefore,the cultural construction of citizen subjectivity has become an urgent task.By taking intersubjectivity as the philosophical observation,socialist core values as the value consensus,Habermas’communicative rationality as the ethical discipline,and the Marxist community vision as the ideal pursuit,cultural construction of citizen subjectivity aims to strengthen the individual subjectivity of citizens with freedom,autonomy,self-awareness,and self-discipline,the communicative subjectivity of citizens with equality,dialogue,democracy,and consultation,as well as the public subjectivity of citizens with responsibility,participation,co-construction,and sharing.
