劳模口述史研究的三重视角及其启示——以“新时代浙籍全国劳动模范口述史研究”为例

摘　　要：人生史、精神史、行业史是劳模口述史研究应有的三重视角。其中,人生史视角聚焦劳模成长过程,探求劳模成功经验;精神史视角追溯劳模精神之源,重视精神传承;行业史视角关注劳模所在行业的发展,注重人才培养。以课题“新时代浙籍全国劳动模范口述史研究”为例,三重视角的研究皆给人以启示:出身平凡的劳模之所以能激发潜能,取得成功,离不开崇高理想的塑造;从长时段了解劳模的精神,可知其精神来源广泛、内涵丰富;新时代是人才至上的时代,除了自上而下地培育人才,还应重视人才的自我成长。Life history,spiritual history and industry history are three perspectives that should be considered in the study of the oral history of model workers.Among them,the perspective of life history focuses on the growth process of model workers and explores their successful experiences;the perspective of spiritual history traces back the source of model worker spirit from,emphasizing spiritual inheritance;the perspective of industry history focuses on the development of the industry of model workers and talent cultivation.Taking the topic Research on the Oral History of National model worker in Zhejiang Province in the New Era"as an example,the study from the three perspectives inspires people that the reason why ordinary model workers can stimulate their potential and achieve success is inseparable from the shaping of lofty ideals;from a long-term understanding of the spirit of model workers,it can be seen that their spirit has a wide range of sources and rich connotations;the new era is an era where talents are paramount,in addition to cultivating talents from top to bottom,attention should also be paid to the self growth of talents.
